This practice in general and Jessica Nedom in particular are horrible. I have witnessed the staff treating elderly patients very rudely and the online prescription process is worthless. I put a request in a week ago and have yet to hear back. As for Nedom, she does not listen to her patients and is quick to discount symptoms or ascribe completely different (and wrong ), motives. She is unable to connect a car accident and the constant headaches that have been present since but were not there prior. As a result of this, the practice has lost 3 patients.
