Tharp Custom Cabinetry

This is a review about quality and customer service. Our Tharp cabinets are 20 years old and they look like new. However some of the hinges are worn. I contacted Tharp and their receptionist Kathy got me in touch with their customer service supervisor Amelia. In a couple emails and a trip to the showroom and they got me my new hinges and the cabinets are back to working conditions. I applaud Tharp for the wonderful people, service and quality cabinets!!!

We purchased a new home in Loveland in March of 2023. During the walkthrough, there were a number of issues with the cabinets in both the kitchen and the master bath. Tharp did not show up to look at the cabinet issues until August. At that time, they took one of the cabinet door fronts from the master bath, to match the color. They finally came back out October 16th to make repairs. They failed to bring the master bath door front that they have been in possession of since August. The two door fronts for the kitchen they delivered were the wrong color. Folks - do not use Tharp. It's clear that customer service is not their focus. Run from this company folks.

We are so pleased with our cabinetry and the quality of work is exceptional. Today Ryan was our technician and he went above and beyond to make sure the finishing touches were to our standard. Thank you!
