        I changed my rating because I had a very professional experience with April. She was very understanding and helpful. This company definitely needs more focus on customer service, sense of urgency and response but April showed me they do have great employees. Not enough of them as most businesses are challenge right now as well. Keep in mind this is medical equipment for health issues. Thank you April!
