        Even though this gym is small it's by far my favorite compared to the Prospect location. I am new to the area and plan to move in a few months. It's similar to Lifetime fitness but at a better cost! After checking out the other locations this one is by far the cleanest with the kindest staff. Thanks to the manager, Liza and the sweet girl Nicole I plan to join once I get settled in Colorado.

        Lizza and her team are super friendly and extremely helpful!! We are new to the area and was looking for a gym that was clean and had great equipment. Needless to say we found it!! This place has it all!! Classes, free weights, fitness equipment and plenty of cardio equipment as well. So glad we joined!!!
