I am so very [pleased with this company! Their items are top notch and very reasonable in price! I have bought several items from them, and have never been disappointed! I made an error on shipping an order to a friend. It was my error, not the company! When I realized it was my error, I contacted the company and they worked with me the entire time and due to them, I am very happy, and so are the proud parents with the BIRTHDAY KEEPSAKE of their twins! I have been a long-time customer of Birthday Keepsakes and have received stellar service from Karen. The keepsakes make excellent and unique gifts and I've been told (on the sly, of course...) they were the "best gifts ever received!" As a scrapbooker, I decided to do my own baby book, and ordered one for myself. My 7 yr old son helped arrange the keepsake on the page as I glued on pretty pink sparkles and stickers. "You spelled your name wrong, mommy." I was mortified! Yes, I did. I am ever-so-careful about checking and re-checking every keepsake I order that I failed checking my own....who the heck misspells their own name?! An English and writing major, I hung my head and called Karen. We had a good laugh and within 3 days, I received my new Birthday Keepsake....spelled correctly and at no charge (I assume she took pity on me). I recommend Birthday Keepsakes to anyone looking for that unique and special gift that can be treasured forever. I just received my 3rd order for a birthday keepsake. I now have one for each of my kids displayed (in our own frames) in their playroom. We love your product and especially love how we always get compliments on them and asked where we got them. I recommend you every time!
