Horrible customer service and no explanation of toll system or how it works. Charged for gas and had to go back and wait in line to have charge reversed.

Originally rental was 4 days $324.30, @ $34.95/day, now for 2 days its over $350. The manager, Marina, at Oakland airport said they charged me $71.25 extra, which was the non refundable prepay amount which should have been included in charges. Absolutely the worst service ever received and I have been a budget rewards member for at least 5 years if not longer. I returned my vehicle at 430am on 06/18/22 later realizing I had left a close possession in the car. Saturday afternoon I returned to the location to pick up the item, waited a whole hour to hour and half for the item while the car was there in the lot. The manager Alice Chihuahua provided her card and stated she would call me on Monday when the secure lot was open as the car had been moved during the hour we were standing there. I never received the call, but without ask received attitude, disrespect, and unwillingness to assist by the 3 employees who were on staff under the managers leadership. I go to try to retrieve the speaker on 6/22/22 after they failed to assist on Saturday, call as stated, nor return my call. The older lady (claims to be a supervisor) came over as I was talking to the young lady (who stated Saturday she couldn't help me and left) and literally tried to have me wait all over again and attempted to intimidate and continue to treat me less than a customer. although the prices are cheaper go with a different location for budget if you can as when we here on Saturday there were 4 other guests who had worse issues yet treated just as bad as I was Absolutely the worst service ever received and I have been a budget rewards member for at least 5 years if not longer.
