I worked for Jared Waterhouse for 6 months saw over 40 people come an go for various reasons. Management mostly tried get my tax papers from them an all my calls get ignored or screened awful company they will promise you Mars when they can't even deliver the outer atmosphere. I was a equipment operator an lucky to stay away from the rudeness of the concrete finishers

The foreman needs to learn how to address and manage problems and employees. He has little to no patience when it comes to others making mistakes. I worked there 2 weeks and seen at least 8 guys come and go within 1-3 days of working there. I believe that is their way of having job security. That was one if the main reasons I left. I worked a lot of hours while I was there and clocked my hours using the app the have you download. When it came to getting paid for the hours I worked. They shorted me half or more. When I tried to pull up my hours on the app, it somehow was deleted. I wish I would have screen shoted them. I was patient after talking to the owner cause he said he’d fix the issue. Waited a week and contacted him again, He said he’d get right on it and never heard from him again. I worked everyday till sun down. I wouldn’t recommend working there if they still have the same Foreman and his son there. They’re very arrogant and disrespectful. Which is the main reason employees dont stick around longer than a week.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They definitely got the job done in a timely manor. I would highly recommend this company for any of your asphalt and concrete needs.
