Good locations d decent apartments. But Frustrating working with their staff or corporate office if anything comes up. Need to share that after I moved out I cleared with their staff that I didnt owe anything, this was confirmed via email. They sent me my deposit back minus last months utilities, which is all good. Then, a year later I get a letter from a collections agency for just over $100. I had never been contacted about this, tho they had all my contact info and again, sent my deposit back. I reached out numerous times to their office and have been trying for months to get them to remove this from their collection agencys hands. They again confirmed via email that I didnt owe anything, but claimed to be having a hard time talking to their own collections agency. Now the collections agency, after contacting me a bunch, sent this to the credit agencies and it took a huge hit on my credit score. Ive never been late to a payment with them or anyone else and have always had an 800 or pretty close credit score. Needless to say, Im pissed. Now I need to figure out how to resolve this with the credit agencies themselves. I took all the right steps upon moving out. Leaving the place in time and great condition and confirming nothing was due. There has been zero support in correcting their mistake and now I have this huge headache to deal with. Please beware. What a pain.

I recently moved in to this complex and want to give a special shout out to Jessica at the front desk. She has been extremely friendly and helpful since the moment I first came to visit, through all the paperwork process, and continues to provide excellent service now I live here. She'll quickly solve any problem you might have with a smile and a laugh. The apartments are very nice, spacious, with modern kitchens, and the office has attentive staff. The complex is kept clean and tidy. I was worried the trains might be a nuisance, but you can barely hear them through the double-glazed windows.

I do not understand the logic behind the hallways design for these tenants. The neon green does not enhance a 'welcome home.' And for something one needs to experience every day, that makes all the great things still only worth 3 stars IMO.

The location is excellent. I have been living at the DELO for over a year now so it's time for an updated review. As with any property, there have been pros and cons. Pros: The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Location, location, location. A short walk to downtown. Just across the street from access to Coal Creek Trail. The apartment is spacious. The soundproofing is great. Never run out of hot water. A lot of other reviews list the vicinity of the train tracks as a con. I grew up around trains so I love it. It doesnt bother me at all. Cons: There was a change to property managers. The new managers didnt seem like they were trained for the location. Not aware of payment policies or the management software used. One of the new managers is a smoker so it often smells like cigarettes in the office and common room. The fitness room. Its tiny. Only one treadmill is in consistent working order. The other one powers down. They reset it all the time, but it needs to be fixed. The sanitizing wipes run out constantly and someone has to ask for them to be refilled. This is supposed to be a luxury community. The only thing that qualifies it for that status is Friday night happy hours which focus on the beer provided. Some non-alcoholic events would be great. And better communication about events would be welcomed too. The online system has places for that. When we transferred apartments they didnt vacuum or shampoo the carpet in the bedroom. It smelled of dog and was full of white dog hair. The apartment itself was barely cleaned. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. It seems they dont have a regular cleaning service for the common areas at all. Overall, do I like living here? Yes. Is it worth the rent? . I dont know

The location is excellent.
I have been living at the DELO for over a year now so it's time for an updated review. As with any property, there have been pros and cons.
Pros:
The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt.

The apartment is spacious.
The soundproofing is great.
Never run out of hot water.

Cons:
There was a change to property managers. The new managers didnt seem like they were trained for the location. Not aware of payment policies or the management software used.
One of the new managers is a smoker so it often smells like cigarettes in the office and common room.
The fitness room.
Its tiny.
