      image I bought a half-duplex using Superior Realty in 2014. In 2016, I found out that Superior Realty had sold me the WRONG side of the duplex, caused by the realtor putting the wrong side's legal description in the contract alongside the right street address. Title company said title insurance does not cover this; title search was done correctly on the legal description provided by the realtor in the contract.
      After two years of trying to get this resolved with the seller, the realtor actually filed a lawsuit against ME in 2018!
      Don't do business with this company; BAD, BAD news.
