I came to see Bryan on a referral for body pain and really just out of curiosity. I signed up for the 10 sessions and stuck with it, this was quite a commitment for me as I'm not one to commit to on-going sessions in any therapy. I came in for low back pain and I had blown out both groins and needed some relief. Physical Therapy did not work for me.
Enjoyed the Rolfing and every thing about it, the way it strengthened my body, helped me to move forward, becoming (more) centered and aware of my body mechanics on a daily basis. Prior to seeing Bryan I was unable to do much physically- but after every session I felt grounded and stronger and began walking without pain. After months of completing the series I feel the Rolfing has stuck with me, It was a great investment for me and it works! Glad I found Bryan to help facilitate his knowledge and expertise!
