The best property owner/landlord company in the state of Colorado, by a landslide. Their entire team is stellar. They know what theyre doing and are completely hands on throughout the entire process and afterwards too. They truly care about what they do and who they help. Very impressive company.

I've seen cleaner public bathrooms. There are light bulbs in the building have been out for over a year. The thermostat was removed and one of the rooms no longer has climate control. Minimum upkeep on property. Sewer gas can be smelled in the hallways. The roof leaks when it rains or snows. HVAC drips in building. The CEO told me that property managers are not required to check their work emails after our manager ghosted me for a month. The property manager refuses to do more than one dumpster pick up a week and tells cleaning crews to throw trash into the recycling dumpster. Worst slum lords in the Boulder area. Don't trust any ratings of 5 stars because they are fake.

Colorados best landlords you can find. They do a fantastic job communicating and making sure everything moves with ease. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and never was left wondering. The Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! They made me feel like family, highly recommended to any tenant looking for a new landlord.

BEST landlords you can find. I opened a small produce company and the Tebo group did a fantastic job getting us into our space in a fast manor. The unit has been great and as we continue to grow I foresee us asking them for more space in the future!
