        Not sure what happened to this bank other than someone mustve pooped in their cereal. Also not sure who hired Eli because passive aggressive communication and talking over a customer doesnt ever sit well and is incredibly unprofessional. There are better ways to communicate with someone. Will most likely be transferring banks after being with elevations for years.

        Worst bank ever put my check on hold. Didnt have me sign it and now a check I deposited on the 13 of January won't be mailed until February 1st. 2200 dollars of my money I won't have for 2 more weeks. Terrible bank don't go here.

        Worst. Bank. Ever. Do NOT see Jaime, she will tell you everything is on the up and up, give you expectations of when things should go through and happen.. except they dont.. which happens .. but there is ZERO communication. No one wants to do their job. No one will notify you if there is a delay or issue to give you a heads up. The card machine is broken ever other day as is the printer they write checks on? I wish I chose to go to my REGULAR Chase bank. These people do not care about you and will try to be nice and make conversation but will not do their job. Go somewhere else if you can they OVER promise and UNDER deliver.
