I had tried to get a loan through local bank. When that fell through. I had tried many online bank. All said the same thing, No. I reached out to Kevin and Audrey. They looked over my accounts and numbers. They were able to secure a loan for me that worked very well for me. They were extremely helpful, and were there every step of the way. Kevin and Audrey were a superb team throughout our mortgage process. From the first moment I spoke with Kevin it was clear he enjoys his job and wants to help, especially VA/military folks. He was easy to communicate with throughout and quickly locked in a very competitive rate! The first few days of paperwork with the mortgage company were a little wonky, but after Audrey got them sorted out it was as seamless a mortgage transaction as we've had, which we think is our tenth with various purchases and refinances over the years. Handling transactions like this from different time zones can add stress, but they both worked diligently to make it as easy as possible for us. Definitely recommend!

Kevin walked us through qualifying for a first home purchase that ended up not coming through, and then went above and beyond not only to help us to give us the real-talk advice we needed as well as take into account the long-term outlook of our choices to make the best decision possible when we did find the right home. The best mortgage experience I have ever had. Period. Kevin Teel, at Kevin Teel Mortgage was recommended to me by my real estate agent after I initially balked at a 21 day closing timeline. I most recently had gone through a mortgage process in early 2021 with a major bank. Even with 40% down and perfect credit, the process was one of the most painful in my life. It took almost 2 months, and required endless documents and updates. Up until the last minute, I didn't think we would ever close. Kevin Teel was the opposite in every way. It was simple, quick, and completely painless. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt that I needed to in this case. If you are like me, and have had a rough experience in the past, do yourself a favor and take the painless route. I cannot recommend Kevin Teel enough.
