Watch your Billing!!! They never called me or reached out about a small bill and sent me directly to a 'Collections" company. I have over a 800 credit score! Nice job Twin Peaks.....Ridiculous.

I schedule an appointment and they call in and cancel it because some tech call in sick. Plus they re-schedule my appointment time on their own. In addition, I verified with my insurance that my plan covered me 100% for ultrasound service. But they told me I have to pay 20%. On the day I arrived at this facility in Longmont, I was so hungry (didn't eat nor drink). I was so frustrated with the professional level at this facility.

I completely agree with Stephen--I had an MRI with Victor today and was done in less than a half hour with a cd of my scans in hand. I showed up at the check in time, and not only did they start everything on time, they allowed me in early. Everyone was very kind and out-of-pocket cost was $50 cheaper than what my Kaiser insurance offered. How often does paying for it on your own turn out to be cheaper than what's covered under insurance? MRIs are scary--the staff of Twin Peaks Medical Imaging did a great job of putting my mind at ease. I hope never to have an MRI in my lifetime. If I do need one, however, I'll be visiting you all again. Thank you. :)

It's funny that there were no positive reviews until there was a negative. Sometimes people have a less than excellent experience with a certain staff member, but when it's multiple staff members, it reflects poorly on the management. It tells the patient (or customer, whichever the case), that the management is ok with this treatment in general. Not ok!
