Lynette was rude and manipulative. She would say one thing, then act like she didn't. She claimed she was the only supervisor to speak to. I left multiple messages and an email and she claimed I didn't contact her. She made her disorganization my fault. Upon last attempt to contact her, it took 20 days to get back to me bc she was out for a week...??? What?!?! I'm filing with the BBB bc it's disgusting and appalling to talk to someone the way she did, and then for her to act as though she didn't.

I am a patient who just went through breast cancer. Cigna is my insurance carrier who denied coverage for an assistant surgeon during my procedure, even though it was clearly covered (and required). Lynette was nothing less than amazing in her support in helping me fight Cigna. She provided me pages and pages of supporting documentation that clearly showed these services were required and covered. She went above and beyond to provide me with the ammunition to fight these erroneous charges - and although it took a couple months- but we were successful! She is responsive, communicative and really takes pride in being an advocate in what felt like a 'David vs Goliath' situation. THANK YOU as I couldn't have done it without you!

I can not say enough about Lynnette C. She was amazing. I wish everyone gave the type of customer service that she gave to me. She went above and beyond helping me battle with my insurance company. She spent over 2 hours one day helping me talk to them and to get them to pay my claim. Thank you so much. Shannon W.
