Ward's Lawn Service

Extremely rude people! While parked at a stop light in Boulder, Ward's Lawn Service caused damage to my car's windshield by kicking up a rock from the roadside where they were working. After giving them a couple opportunities to make this right by calling them on the phone, a simple matter really as all I wanted was for them to send a mobile repair service to my house to fix the star in my windshield, I ended the conversation in frustration knowing they were going to be rude to me every opportunity they had. Cheryl, the manager, was extremely rude on all three phone calls, including a threat to review my business poorly. By the way I was treated I'm sure I'm not an isolated example of how they treat people. Cheryl seemed to have the bullying technique down, read other reviews and you will see more. The issue is not the small expense to repair the windshield, the issue is the rudeness with which I was treated every time I talked with them.

Great reviews but company is not available for months in advance for simple job and wouldn't even provide a quote.

I was very pleased with the total overall experience we had with Ward's Lawn Service. The people who answered my initial phone call were able to set up an appointment with the proper people for my needs. The Ward's representative who came to check my problem was able to identify the issue, and schedule a time and crew to fix it. The crew who fixed my lawn problem, got the work done in the time frame they promised me. The price was right, the service was great, and the people were very responsive. I recommend Ward's Lawn Service, and will be using them in the future.

I started using Ward's a few years ago for aeration and fertilization and they do a great job, I definitely recommend them!
