Stephen Baker was a shining light in the home buying process. He was the only professional that my husband and I were truly happy with. He was professional, on-time, followed through, and thorough. he was patient and took the time to walk us through our house and inspection report and answer all our questions. We needed an inspection on a townhome we were under contract for. We are first time home buyers. I chose Baker because of his impressive years of experience and I'm glad I did. It was great working with Steve during our inspection. He was knowledgeable and professional and able to answer my questions during the inspection to help me understand the layout of the plumbing and electrical (among other things). His help will be invaluable to us as first time home buyers! He was very thorough during his inspection and got me the report quickly. I feel confident I understand the state of the townhome before closing. I also appreciated that he did not push any extra services that he didn't think would be applicable to this particular property - he is a very honest individual!

Stephen was very thorough when conducting the inspection of our new home. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled and he was prompt and professional.
