Gold's Gym

Keeping it short as a gym bro, for what you pay for this gym is perfect. But I want to shout out to Austin, their personal trainer. As a strength and mma athlete, Austin always seems to know what I need in each sessions. Pushing me to get stronger, in shape, and strengthen me mentally, safely.

I love this gym. It is very welcoming and fully equipped. Avery, the desk attendant always greets you with a happy tone. They have lots of classes and the instructors are great. The yoga instructor, Courtney, is wonderful and I love her class, as do all who attend. She runs an excellent class. Brie is also a great instructor. She teaches body pump, and it is a great class. My personal trainer, Tim, is great. He is really knowledgeable and a very personable guy. Between all of them, I have made huge progress in the last couple of months. All in all, it is an excellent facility.

Love this place! Brie Jones is an incredible teacher and really cares about all of us. She goes out of her way to make people feel welcome and to offer advice on form when its needed in class. She is a tender heart that loves fitness and it shows.
