I cannot get through to a staff member; their phone lines are always “busy”. I did a virtual call, when I could finally get one scheduled, and the dr was unprofessional; also refused to accept that my medical records got lost, and kept asking questions that I’d already told her I didn’t know the answer to. I sent the diagnosis I have to her so I could get back on my medication, and 4 days later I haven’t heard a WORD from her. I can’t get a hold of her, or ANYONE. I DON’T recommend this place to anyone. The few people I’ve talked to there are very unprofessional, and do not listen.

Dr. Dawson and his team are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond. I am so grateful to have such a dedicated, caring doctor. The administrative staff are also very helpful.

Centura health has been godawful to work with. I came in for a preventative check up and received a $700 bill for blood work. I have insurance through BCBS. I've been unable to get either of them to work together to resolve the billing issue. I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere if they can't even work easily with such a common insurance company.
