        I used to enjoy living here. We've been here for 5 years. Everything went downhill once Heather joined the team in 2023. She has made everything a frustrating nightmare to deal with. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the great maintenance team. It took a few years to get a good team, but they are friendly, quick, efficient, and communicative. We are very seriously looking at other places to rent since upper management has refused to make better choices.
