        Can’t get through to a person just voicemail. Finally get connected and ask for the participation ‘oscopy ordered by the primary care doctor and I was told that a nurse had to establish whether the procedure was necessary and they would call me back! WTF

        Lack of communication is king here. Try calling and see if anyone ever answers, try to return a call and no one responds. I did get a response once, a week after I left a message....
