Front-end needs more training. Lots more. Website stinks. Tried contacting Ridgegate office. Unable to contact branch using any of the prompts provided. Plus, the nurses mailbox for the nurse (prompt 5) for patients having had procedures within the past 7-days is full and unable to accept messages. Furthermore, waiting room is cramped and crowded during our first-thing-in-the-morning visit. Personally, the waiting/reception area leaves a lot to be desired. Staff there is unorganized and does not communicate well. Hopefully, the surgical side is better than its administrative front-end side.

Recently went in for a procedure and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff from start to finish was very polite, courteous and professional during my visit!

Dr. Vachon is always so kind and caring. She makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns.
