It was 7:50 and they don't close till 10 and they were rude they were rushing us to order and saying they had a time limit when there was no one in the restaurant and no one in the drive through it was only us definitely rude and my sandwich was cold wasn't even warm but I didn't want to deal with them because they were already rude .

Poor customer service. Was in the drive thru lane less than a minute, trying to decide on what to order when we were told that if we can't decide we needed to leave the drive thru & go to another menu located in front of the restaurant, then come back around to order. Employee stated they were on a time limit (there were no other cars behind us) & they had to keep things moving. I Just left & will never patronize this KFC again. On previous visits not uncommon for them to be out of common menu items. Very slow service even if you can beat their deadline & make it to the window; you'll just sit there for awhile. This has always been one of the worst fast food restaurants in Lone Tree; this experience solidifies it.

What is chicken? These guys sure don't know. Dry, tough, and salty. When we asked for ranch with our tenders, they gave us none. Drink tasted watered down.
Try getting the Tasty App, even the gluten free vegan oatmeal recipes there have more flavor and vibrancy than anything these guys have to offer.
Or, ya know, Popeyes.
