Custom Stained Glass

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new stained glass window. Actually, we just got a new front entry door from Pella and we called Scottish Stained Glass to see if someone could come to our house to try to match the stained glass insert that is in our new door. Jenny came to our house and brought samples and she was so knowledgeable and gave us all kinds of ideas of what we could do with the side panel glass in stained glass. She took her time, took all the measurements, and drew a sketch so we could have an idea of what it would look like. When Jenny took our design back to the shop to place my order, a man called me to ask if I would want to consider changing one type of glass within the panel because he felt it would look better, and of course, I agreed with him to go ahead and make the change. Then, someone from the shop called about 4 weeks later and told us that our stained glass window was in and we could schedule the installation. We were expecting something similar that would match our door's stained glass panel, but what we got FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!!! Honestly, if one didn't know the panel was purchased separately, one would think the two stained glass panels were made to go together because they complimented each other so well. They sent the installer and he wasn't here more than 90 minutes. He installed the stained glass panel and cleaned up the area and was out the door! The installation person even told us how he takes them back out, if we ever wanted to do that. Every person with whom I had contact (the scheduler, the design lady, the person who called to ask if I would like to consider changing the type of glass, and the installer) from Scottish Stained Glass went out of her/his way to help me and it was obvious they were all going the extra mile to please me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that I know who is considering a stained glass piece for their home. The entire process was extremely efficient and it was a pleasure to do business with a company who took that much pride in their work! You can't go wrong with Scottish Stained Glass!!!
