Quiet 55 and older community that would seem to be a great place to relax and enjoy your Retirement. For many this is not the case. Rules are not enforced equally amongst the residence. There is a certain degree of "politics" within the various clubs and circles of people that create situations that can be very uncomfortable and potentially leaving you looking for another place for retirement

Wonderful, more amenities than other nearby MH parks; swimming pool, beautiful lake to fish; walking paths; management is friendly and always on duty and responds to your requests; and your utilities are included in lot rent. yea homes might be older than some nearby parks, but it's still neat, clean and everyone has full parking driveways and most have carports, it's wonderful!!!

I've lived at Wolhurst for 8 years and it's the friendliest place ever. The WHOA is the best place to discuss issues anyone may have. The Men's Club is awesome and plans things all the time to be involved in for fun. The Women's Association is the same. Always planning fun things to do. They have pool exercise in the summer and A Haunted Hollow at Halloween! Thankgiving Dinners, Christmas programs, fishing trips, the Carpenters, a men's group that can do everything in the world and has!! They have anything that a lively person could want for entertainment and fun.

Some people expect management to do every single little thing for them,like its an assisted living facility,and some people aren't happy no matter what you do.Take some initiative folks,it's a trailer park,not a 10,000$ a month assisted living facility.
