I would give minus Star if I could! When you have to deal with a rude obnoxious intake personnel before the behavioral health appointment that causes you anxiety just talking to, know that you are in the wrong hands! I called for a family member to set an appointment because they need help. We received a call from an extremely rude male representative that was extremely insensitive, demeaning & disrespectful in the way they asked the questions for the intake, interrupting us constantly! Then I called back another time hoping Id get better service, I was surprised if it the same person yelling at me for complaining about how he deals with patients! If he makes a healthy person nervous , let along someone that needs therapy! Protect yourself and your loved ones from this place at all costs!

Haven't been able to get an appointment in a year! Despite being a patient with one of their therapists. KP app scheduling is awful. Calling Ridgeline to make an appointment either get hung up on or they tell you to find your own/new through several outsourced therapist who have zero availability, don't do in person therapy. The MAs are rude. If you aren't already stressed, dealing with Kaiser Behavioral Health will drive you crazy with their incompetent & apathetic approach.

My first visit with Dr. Perry and he made me feel very comfortable. Very professional and down to earth. Extremely knowledgeable. I got everything out of the that I expected and more.

Not an honest or helpful group of people. I received a diagnosis from Dr. Jessica Warner and ended up moving out of state. She told me that she would write prescriptions and mail them to me until I was able to get my prescriptions started up again in the new state. I was even mailed a typed statement with an official Kaiser letterhead, in addition to my first/only written prescription, saying to call when I needed another prescription. I had been working with my new facility but it was taking awhile and it had been over a month since I had my medication at this point. I reached out as the letter stated to get a new refill and was told that I would not be getting another refill and need to work with my new facility. Obviously confused, I asked the person I was speaking to if they could explain what changed and all they did was talk in circles and didnt give me an explanation that didnt already exist when I received my first out of state prescription. Try not to go to them if you can help it. They dont care about your health. If you end up moving and rely on a prescription, youre screwed. It can take awhile to get certain medication you need as a new member and all doctors know this. Im surprised they dont have a better system.
