Mike, the owner of Great Frontier, is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff! He is so patient and answers all of my questions (and I have a lot!). Clearly he cares about his customers and what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike Dowling is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. I recently switched my Homeowners and Auto insurance policies with him as I wanted more personalized service than I was receiving without a local agent. Mike shopped for the insurance policies that met my needs. He is very personable and took the time to explain my coverage at my level ( I have a hard time interpreting insurance lingo). I was not out looking for the cheapest deal as I prefer to be covered in a disaster, but in the end, he saved me money and got me better coverage than I had. I highly recommend him!

We have been with Mike for almost 5 years and it has been quite a refreshing pleasure to deal with him. He is always ready to help, readily available and actually answers his phone! As retired insurance appraisers we can emphatically recommend that he bends over backwards to help in all areas. He is definitely what an insurance agent used to be!
