Rodney Johnston American Family Insurance

I have worked with Rodney for 20 years and he is an outstanding agent. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. I highly recommend him for anybody's insurance needs.

Left a review but apparently this agency was able to remove it. Absolutely the worst customer service. Overpriced policies and the one time My fiancée and I needed to wait one day for a paycheck to go through we tried to call and suspend our auto payment. Rodney himself said word for word ‘well we can’t do that, you need to get the money somehow.’ Crazy but calling to try to hold off our auto pay was literally our last resort. We switched insurance a week later and saved nearly $200 a month. Horrible owner and business man. When we switched we also were able to nearly double all coverages while simultaneously saving hundreds.
