I really liked the service I originally received. I am a single mom always trying to get the best rate. I have asked her to check to see if I can get a better rate and was told she was too busy and would get to it when she could. This was a month ago and still have heard nothing from Brenda. Yes I have done this a few times and it has always benefits my rates but to be told they are too busy to take care of their customer is flat out unprofessional and is not good customer service. I will be looking for a new agent that doesn’t mind providing customer service This is her response 1 month later after seeing my review almost minutes after writing review via text copy and pasted........ Oh welllll I just received your review on Google. It's disappointing that you feel that way. We do have many other clients and I wasn't too busy I have been going through personal medical stuff for the last year!!! We have our service center team to help in these type of situations and is why I asked for their help. I completely understand if you move your coverage elsewhere and will respond this exact message to your dissatisfied 1 star. Let me know when you will be moving your coverage. Take care.

Main Street Insurance Agency is nothing short of amazing! Working with Abe Micijevic made the entire process such a pleasure! Not only did he help with my homeowner's insurance but found me great rates for my car insurance as well! They took care of everything so quickly! I highly recommend Mainstreet and will be going to them with any of my insurance needs!

Brenda Roberts @ Main Street Independent Insurance took care of all my insurance needs ended up switching my house and cars over to her. She took great care of us with a great price. 5 stars all the way!!!!
