        We have had Trail Mechanical come out to our home for several service calls during the past 12 years. Each time, Mark would ask very direct questions regarding the problem, whether it was for our furnace, humidifier or air conditioner. Then he would complete a thorough diagnosis of the issue and explain to us in easy terms what the problem was and how to fix it. Mark has saved us hundreds of dollars over the years by fixing the problem and not trying to sell us an "extra" services or a new unit when it was not necessary to replace it. We would recommend Trail Mechanical to anyone!
