Dan does things his way or not at all. Not a desirable quality in what is partially a creative endeavor. Ultimately had to find someone else.

We are more than pleased with our choice to use Dan. He was knowledgeable and professional, and always willing to use our suggestions and accommodate us. I will use him again should we have a need. Prices were competitive and work was first-rate.

Creative Renovations did a great job suggesting material and installing our LVT flooring. Turned out beautiful. They did a great job on the trim and baseboards too. I will definitely have them back to do another project!

Dan and company installed a new, oak wood floor in our kitchen, which had to be laced into an existing wood floor. The new floor also needed to be shimmed up on one side. Dan communicated with us well and showed up on time, which from my experience a big plus compared to other contractors. The crew he used for the flooring install and refinishing did a good job. The cost was the highest quote we received but in the end the job turned out great. I would recommend Creative Renovations.

Dan did not complete the cabinet install. He charged me $650 and did not install the trim or base boards. I ask to come back and finish and he refused. I now have to pay another contractor to finish the work. $650 for 7 cabinets that took 4 hours to install with extensive damage to the walls. Rather than find the studs properly, Dan drilled dozens of holes in the wall. I feel cheated and tried to work with Dan to finish the work but he refused.
