Laura did a great job of not only getting me a better price than your competition, but she also did some repair work on my current glasses until my new pair arrive, best customer service I have ever had for getting glasses!

This place is awesome! I don’t even have to go into the main mall to buy my glasses! This is great! The staff here is fantastic. Laura, and I think her name was Ujala helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Their customer service made this experience amazing I felt like I was the most important person in the world. The store looked nice and clean. I didn’t get a chance to use the Doctor but I was able to meet him and can’t wait to have my eyes exams here in the future!!!

If you’re looking to get a new prescription for contacts or eyeglasses, I highly recommend Dr. French at the LensCrafters inside of Macy’s. His exam process is super-thorough. He took his time to answer my questions and gave me a lot of great choices in selecting the best lens options to fit my needs. I’ve been wearing contacts and eyeglasses for 40+ years. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that this was by far the best experience and exam that I have ever had with an optometrist.
The selection of eyeglasses may not be as vast as the LensCrafters within the actual mall. But they have way better service and support in my opinion. If you go, look for Laura or Mark. They are incredible. They didn’t try to sell me, instead they served me. They whole team there will go the extra mile to make sure you walk out of their location with the best vision possible and frames that accentuate your personal style.
