Second time I’ve been here and second time I’ve had to wait insane amounts of time with little to no treatment. This place is a joke. If you’re seriously concerned about yourself SEEK OTHER ER!

We had an emergency with our 2 year old and I cannot tell you how great Dr. McBride was. The nurse, Kathryn could have been a little better with her bed side manners but, overall it was as good as it gets with a 2 year old crying due to a break.

I usually don’t do these, but my son and his dad went there because I thought pediatric doctor, they’ll be better. WRONG. They couldn’t find his vein, stuck him 4 different times then proceeded to then get a doc, although my husband was telling them they usually need a ultrasound machine to get his blood. Didn’t listen. Then due to him having kidney issues, they had to do a catheter, they were digging and I don’t think they used a small one. So he came home, can’t urinate bc he is in so much pain, not only did they mess up, but caused him to get a bladder infection bc he couldn’t pee! Those nurses need to learn to do there job correctly. Bc this could have been even more serious if they did more damage. I will never ever be back.

I was in the ER today with a diagnosis that I pretty much handed to them. They were told several times that the doctor I have been consulting with was in the same hospital, at that moment, doing surgeries and that he wanted a CT. Well, they did the test and told me multiple times it was completely normal. Well, not only did they not consult my doctor with the CT results, but they told me that my CT was completely normal. I received a phone call after I was discharged from my doctor telling me he actually was looking for me in the ER, but I had already been discharged. There was actually something shown in that CT that not only could've turned out to be life threatening if it had been worse, but also is most likely going to lead me to an operation that will save me from future symptoms like this and from sooo much pain and time we have spent on this diagnosis. There were other concerns I had, but this was major for me. I was sent home in tears, again, because we didn't have an answer, yet again, for something we've been trying to figure out for 2 years now, just to find out that they really did have the answer the whole time and just ignored it. They even knew I was frustrated and wanting to know the cause of my symptoms because I made them add two tests. The ONLY reason why I went and will ever HAVE to go to Skyridge is because that is where the best gynecological oncologist operates!
