If I could give 6 stars, it would be insufficient. Dr Gonzalez has changed my life. After several broken nose incidents, during 30 years as a competitive fighter, I was nearly unable to breathe through my nose. I heard some horror stories, and put the surgery off for years, opting for afrin spray instead. Dr G, weaned me off it and the surgery has completely changed my breathing. Dont wait, see Dr G now

The entire staff is wonderful. Marcus at the front desk is very kind and Dr. Walker went WAY out of his way to help me feel comfortable about a procedure that I was dreading. The procedure went without a single complication due to Dr. Walker's expertise. I would recommend him to anyone!

Kathryn kurtenbach is a wonderful PA! She is very thorough and knowledgeable about her craft. She really listens and works with her patients. I would highly recommend her and the clinic!!!!

Perhaps the worst medical care Ive experienced. Practitioners questioned the validity of my symptoms, I was provided with half truths during examinations. I attempted to hold grace and assume positive intent and agreed to move forward with surgery, that said even after leaving a Voice message once a week for a month for the surgery scheduling team, i have yet to hear back. In the sprit of holding grace I requested a call from the office manager Jules to try and resolve issues, I have left her multiple messages as well that have not been returned in a timely manner. Very disappointed with this practice as they came highly recommended.

We came to Integrated ENT a few years ago because of Dr. Pingree, since he has left, this place has really gone downhill. We loved Dr Pingree. Excellent doctor. My husband and I both started doing allergy drops through the clinic there. Just recently we paid them the regular $190 to have the allergy drops mailed to us and they sent an email saying that if you had not been in for your annual checkup they wouldnt send you anymore drops until you had. If you dont take the drops consistently, it makes the whole process a waste. I had several questions for Maggie before we scheduled appointments and sent them in an email. She left a message on my phone to call her back and she never answered my questions through email. We were not able to make an appointment at the time and we asked for our money to be returned if they were not going to make the drops. She never tried to contact us after leaving the one voicemail and they have held our money for over 3 weeks until we just disputed it with our credit card company. Very dishonest to hold onto our money and very unprofessional to not return emails and phone calls. We have left messages with them to call us back and they have not. Terrible customer service. We are so disappointed that they were not willing to work with us. They were willing to stop sending us our allergy drops after 2.5 years with them and over $3500 in payments for the allergy drops right in the middle of the treatments. If you are looking for allergy treatments, I would look elsewhere. They do not care at all about their patients or their patients money.
