I was very surprised at the large and very nice Lands End department in the southwest store. Overall, this is a good Sears. I will go back!

Love the store. Manager Lori was very rude to associate in jewelry. I can't remember how to spell her name. Began with an A she was in maybe her 50s. I felt so bad for her. Manager talked down to her and her condescending like she was a child.
