Rocky Mountain Catering

We loved Rocky Mountain Catering! We had over 300 guests and I had so many positive responses from guests on the delicious BBQ. It was perfect for our budget ($16 a person) with plenty of options. We used Rocky Mountain Catering for our December 2013 wedding at The Highlands Ranch Mansion and we loved them. We had so many guests comment on how wonderful the food was (and quite a few of them were "foodies" themselves). They are definitely a cut above in quality, service, flexibility and dependability. They had everything planned for me down to the smallest detail so we didn't need to worry about anything. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I used Rocky Mountain Catering for our wedding in March, and they did a fabulous job. We went through an extensive interview process with a lot of caterers, and Jordan flat out blew everyone else away in our opinion, both with her personality and the value she and her team provided. The day of the event we were grateful to have them on our side, they did a wonderful job, everything went smoothly with no hiccups. I would definitely recommend them!!

Review of Rocky Mountain Catering: What an outstanding choice! We had an early August wedding at The Botanical Garden at Chatfield and used the Rocky Mountain Catering as our caterer. We could not have been more pleased with their service and the quality and quantity of their food. With the guidance from Linda Goold, our consultant, the entire planning process was enjoyable and simple. She was very knowledgeable, listened well, provided flexibility in options and services. Linda, personally oversaw the initial set up and serving. The cocktail hour on the patio was facilitated by a delightful bartender who kept the beer cold, the wine flowing and the guests in good cheer. The patio, and dining room were set up as we envisioned. The Catering crew was very professional and courteous which helped to make this special night a wonderful success. While we had a buffet, the servers provided individual service to people who were handicapped and parents with young children – helping them select their food and bringing it to their places. The staff was there when you needed help but never intrusive. We were very fortunate that Rocky Mountain Catering company provided the dishes, glasses and flatware so we had one less vendor. Everything was ready on time, clean up went quickly. We are so pleased we selected them as our caterers and would highly recommend them. Rocky Mountain Catering listened to what we wanted, provided suggestions and superb execution. If you are having a weeknight (Sunday – Thursday) evening wedding you might consider reducing the amount of alcohol purchased. Most of our guests had to work the next day so were conservative in their consumption.
