This company is constructing next to the apartment I was living at, their construction site is very close to the parking spot I was renting. They splattered either concrete or grout all over my car midway through April of 2018. They are being very irresponsible in how they are handling the situation, they were aware of the problem the very day it happened but they did not make an attempt to contact me about it. I had to contact them, asking them to file an insurance claim to get it taken care of since it was damaging my paint, windsheild, and had gotten in to my electric windows. Instead filing a claim, as they lead me to believe they would, they powerwashed my car without my explicit permission while it was in my parking spot. This stripped some paint off. I emailed them to let them know that they damaged my car more and they really needed to file an insurance claim now, then they just passed me over to a subcontractor saying that this was their fault. Both companies were telling me to file a claim on my own insurance, which would not work very well for me because I do not have the money to pay the deductible and wait for reimbursement. They should take responsibility and file a claim, especially since they are getting paid to deal with this and I am just putting in my own time and being inconvenienced. I asked them a few weeks ago to just file a claim so that this can be done with, but I believe this is like the last time they said they would do it, I do not believe they are doing anything. It has been 5 months and nothing has been done or resolved, I would really like it if these people could act like functioning adults at a responsible company and just file an insurance claim.

They are knowledgeable, responsible and efficient general contractors. After completing two projects with them over the last 3 years, I can honestly say they are one of the best contractors I've worked with in my 30 year career.
