Dr. Z has been so helpful in my healing journey. I get regular migraines and chiropractic care has helped minimized my symptoms. Hes always very welcoming and takes his time explaining what is going on with the body. Robin, the massage therapist, is phenomenal and probably the best massage Ive ever had. She is very in tune with what your body needs and does an excellent job at giving certain areas more attention when needed. Highly recommend Littleton Family Chiropractic!

I have been going to the chiropractor since I was a teenager, and not only is Dr. Z so kind and caring, I can honestly say he is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to! When I see him, I know that I am not getting a one size fits all treatment like I have experienced at other chiropractors He really takes the time to listen to my complaints when I come in and treats me accordingly, and spends time going over things I can do at home. I have had a significant reduction in lower back pain and shoulder tension since working with him.

Dr. Z is very knowledgeable . He listens to you and is gentle. I was able to walk better after just one visit. He gets back to you quickly and he checks on you a lot.

Dr Z is great! My back and neck pain have improved tremendously ! His massage therapist is wonderful too! I recommend them highly!
