T-Mobile

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Save yourself a lot of time and headache and go to a real T-Mobile store. This is an authorized dealer store not a real T-Mobile store. The employees gave us bad information, and we're not helpful in resolving out issue. The general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a total lack of customer service and training at this store.

This is seriously the worst experience I have ever had with a store. They were not familiar with their own promotions and they actively ignored us. We were planning to bring them a lot of business and after they charged me for service fees they told me they couldn't help us. I have yet to receive a refund. Logan looked like just woke up and kept wiping his nose with his hand. I am so disgusted. We left and took our business to Verizon.

Went in to take advantage of their promotion in the window and were planning on creating an account with five phones. Logan was incredibly unhelpful and did not seem to know the very promotion plastered all over the store. After sending us on a wild goose chase around town, he disappeared in the back of the store and completely ignored us. He had already charged my credit card for a service fee but then said he couldn't help us. I was also completely grossed out by the fact that he kept wiping his nose with his hand and scratching his head and then touching my phone. His customer service was seriously the worst and he looked like he just woke up. We walked a few doors down to Verizon and got incredible service.

this is not an issue with this location.  fair warning to anyone that signs up for T-Mobile at least in the Castlerock area. I spent months and months trying to get actual service The people I speak with complain that when I was on AT&T, they could actually hear me and I didn't sound like I was underwater. tmobile claim to have towers close by but then why can't my callers hear me?A friend of mine said it was so painful. She switched to Verizon. Which I am now considering. so I spent another hour with T-Mobile to today and they refused to give me a tech-support email address, so I don't have to be on the phone for another 20 hours like I did with my first problem.so now I have a voicemail that delivers my voicemails approximately four hours late. And I had to pay $25 for a device in my house. And set it up and fuss with that. and if I go to one side of the house, I still cannot hear people and they cannot hear me seriously? this is hurting my business.
