Not good. They had my rug for 3 months. It wasn’t marked as mine when picked up and after calling several times and finally being asked what color it was I got it back. The pet smell was still there and stains were on the cream colored fringe at one end that looked like motor oil. There were damp spots throughout. CS was not helpful as they were “shorthanded”. Who isn’t these days. I could have waited longer no problem but where is quality control that sends something out looking worse than when they got it?

They never showed. So I rescheduled and they didn't show again. It's actually not convenient to leave work early to try make it home for the 5-7 pick up window, let alone twice. I wish I could just drop my rugs off somewhere.

These guys did a fabulous job, cleaning even the traffic areas and the pet stains. Good work! Plus, unlike other cleaning, it only took a couple of hours for the carpet to dry.

Refreshingly great customer service on the phone, they reassured me about their air duct cleaning process being thorough and up to NACA standards which makes me feel better that they are really disinfecting. They were able to get out the next day as I needed that since the other company I scheduled with previously called the day of and cancelled on me. They were very friendly and accommodating to my needs as well as reasonably priced as I did a lot of price comparison, and you can tell they are not slashing the price and giving you lesser quality or over-charging for no reason. Overall great experience and I would for sure recommend using this company!
