        The lack of caring and empathy and compassion are an understatement here! I had a staff infection from loop recorder. I was sick with a rash all over my chest. I got a hold of them because I was frightened and not one person called to see if I was OK. They finally got back with me the next day to tell me they gave me antibiotics IV, which obviously is not working so today I am seeing my primary care physician who I trust and has a large amount of empathy and compassion so I can resolve this issue as the staff infection is close to my heart and lungs. You would think that would be somewhat of an alarm, but not for this office.
