We contacted Dana for an estimate on two bathroom remodels (a guest bathroom and a master bathroom). He was by far the best choice out of the estimates we called. He was extremely responsive, incredibly professional, and our project was finished in a very timely manner. We started with a showroom appointment where we decided on features, colors, and design. He and his wife were incredibly helpful for two extremely indecisive people. We made multiple adjustments and full-on changes throughout the project which Dana accepted with no complaint. He offered his advice when we needed it, since we obviously were not as familiar with the products. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire project so there were no surprises at the end, which is amazing for these types of projects. Having had a terrible experience prior to this, we were hesitant to begin again, but he reassured us through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel and we're already discussing our last two bathroom remodels with only Condon Contracting in mind.
