        My dad has dementia and has a hard time remembering things. His aid makes him light up because he always remembers her. She is excellent at getting him to do things that I cannot. I just can't imagine being without her.

        My mom is in Parkwood. I love that a helper is usually in the house so when I'm concerned, I can call and say "Please visit to see..." And mom likes the helpers. Human connection made affordable and responsive.

        Only able to use for a short time, but highly recommend!! Family member went into hospice as Memorial Weekend was approaching. Our family realized how much we needed a break. Of the very few services who were open to phone calls or inquiries that Saturday morning, Senior Helpers had someone ACTUALLY ANSWERING THE PHONE!! The team jumped through some crazy hoops, found us a caregiver to give us much-needed help on Monday and several times later that week. She was an amazingly caring individual who bonded so wonderfully with our family & our sick loved one very quickly. Sadly our family member passed very shortly after and yet, we hold Senior Helpers and their wonderful staff so warmly in our hearts. We appreciate everything they did to provide our family SO much relief!!
