Just yesterday I was having trouble with isolating an email problem on my backup laptop and Nick couldn't have been more timely and professional in the way he helped me figure it out. We are a small accounting practice that has been working with OnePointSync for over 4 years. They have helped to set up, maintain, and keep all of our systems running smoothly!. And when things are not so smooth, they are right on it to fix it. I appreciate when we have issues the reponse time is quick, and they are able to address whatever it is that is needing the attention. There are times we are adding new features, computers, software, or office equipment and I can appreciate talking it through with them before making a decision to better understand the pros and cons of that particular product or solution, as well assisting in the set up as the need arises. Some times best to have the experts direct in those arenas! I appreciate this because I know they have several large clients that probably require more complex attention, and yet, all of our needs are addressed quickly and effeciently as well. I recommend their services and expertise in this field. I have priced others and they are very compriable, if not more cost effective than others.
