Banfield Pet Hospital

This is a place where you can bring your pets if financially you can't afford the vet/hospital. They were nice, but they guided themselves on the verbal symptoms, no exams, no temperature check, and it consultation was super quick. They didn't even administer the medication, and they charge a lot for what it was service. They called to check if my pets were fine..."4 days after," lol

I brought my pet here to have his teeth cleaned. Initially, he was fine afterwards but about two days later he became quite ill. He started vomiting, had diarrhea and was unable to hold down any food or water. My dog does not go to dog parks and had zero contact with any other animals bedside what may have happened here. Banfield took absolutely no accountability and lacked all and any compassion for making him sick and offered a solution of me paying even more money to come back. I dont know what is going on in the back that you never get to see but it sounds like poor cleanliness and/or hygiene leading to the spread of disease. Do NOT take your pet here if you care about their well-being, because I can assure you, Banfield does not.

They do fine with comprehensive exams, but if you have a sick pet, you are totally out of luck. You cant get an appointment. They dont care, literally, they do not care. Your pet could die for all they care.
