This place is awesome!! They helped a friend of mine who was having trouble with her rent and they came through and was able to get her rent paid!! If you're a veteran this is the place for you!!

I put $500 down on the hall for a rental for July 2021 back on August 1, 2020. I never signed a contract, that was supposed to be mailed to me. I canceled before 30 days because of health conditions for my Fiancee we are not able to get married having the big wedding we wanted. (I have proof with all the texts messages and calls I made). The lady never replied to me or answers my calls about refunding the money. I made the payment to the manager via venmo. Still never got my money back!! I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt to get back to me, but never once did anyone reach out to me. This was wrong on so many levels!!! I contested it with my credit card company but they said the time lapsed to do so. I guess I just got burned for $500!!! I will never do business with VFW, and make sure my family does not either!! The sad part is that this was due to his health. Not because we didn't want to rent the hall!!
