Did not appropriately pack my taxidermy or the rest of my belongings. In addition to scrapes and scuffs on other furniture, they broke my tv by placing a heavy dog door beside it. They asked for pictures of damaged items and then accepted zero liability for the damages. The movers were really slow and I had to pay them for another hour because they were moving so slow.
Edit: I did email these photos prior to writing this review. Only after I sent them (after I was asked to) was I told that your company would not accept liability for damages. I have timestamps on these emails. So if you want to lie about it, I am more than happy to show proof. Or if you need to, you can ask Mishun.
