      image I have never had a hospital (especially where Im from in Florida) help me with the things that I came to this hospital for, or much else. Plus it is so nice to be treated like a decent person from the staff. Theyre good people and they made sure I had what I need even if most hospitals wouldve told me it wasnt an emergency. They were very helpful and they did not have to be. I appreciate you guys very much, I even called the second time before I came in, and they told me if I had the same issue than I should come back in, and they would help me again. Thank you guys so much, I can work and take care of my daughter while I start my life here in Colorado.

      image The hospital staff and the hospital itself it amazing, dont get me wrong. However, their lousy valet service (specifically the gray haired older gentleman) has sticky fingers and they protect him from getting in trouble. Between my mother and I, we are missing $1,300 that we noticed was missing from the car AFTER we got the car back from this guy. We call to complain since its a lot of money to be missing, and the hospital says theyll call us back with support/information, and they still havent gotten back to us. Not only that, they dont take their job seriously. I had to wait outside for 15 minutes straight one day last week while one of guys on valet duty sat in the lobby inside scrolling on his phone. Because of this as well, other people got inpatient and began to park their car at the front and just leave it there because they didnt have the time to wait for valet to grow some braincells, and to be quite honest, I thought about just going to get my own keys and returning my own ticket. If theyre going to steal a lot of money like that they need to at least make sure theyre doing a good enough job to deserve it first.
