Denver Suburban has managed properties for me for almost 2 years now. We have a great working relationship, and I trust them to make decisions the way I would if I were still managing the properties. Ray is very involved in the day to day operations of the buildings and keeps me informed on the important decisions, while handling daily details himself. Tami is very organized with the record keeping and has a good handle on the financial side of the business. I personally enjoy working with them and would recommend anyone to consider Denver Suburban if looking for a property management company in the Denver area.

When I found Denver and Suburban Management to take care of my various rental properties, it was such a relief. They immediately addressed lingering maintenance issues for the occupied units, made sure my vacant properties were ready to rent and have since found some excellent tenants for those! They are personable and very responsive with my requests. I am VERY pleased with this company.
