Prestige Imports Porsche

I had some minor communication problems initially trying to get some warranty work done on my Porsche, including having an available car for me to use. The issues were worked out and resolved by Prestige, so I had a Porsche rental to use while the warranty work was completed. They finished the work faster than promised and made sure to address all my concerns with my Porsche. They addressed each and went through, extensively, what would be required to address my concerns. I was skeptical about a Porsche dealership experience or service at the dealership and was welcomed with open arms and treated well beyond my expectations. Car was washed, vacuumed, and looked better than when I dropped it off. 5/5 would recommend Trace and the service center at Prestige.

I purchased this beautiful Porsche Boxster S from Prestige Imports Porsche and have been very satisfied. Warren was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. My car needed some service right out of the gates, however it was a used vehicle, with very low miles and garaged mostly so it was completely understood. Nevertheless, the whole experience was very positive. Thank you Warren, Dean, Ethan, and the entire Prestige Porsche staff for taking great care of me! I highly recommend Prestige Imports Porsche to anyone looking for a trustworthy sales and service team to solidify their purchasing decision. We have purchased an Audi and a Macan. I have had the Macan in for the same issue twice and it is still not fixed. The engine loses power, get a yellow warning saying engine failure, check with a mechanic, permissible to drive. First time, they "didn't know," thought it was just a fluke, maybe vapor lock. Okaaay. 2nd time was a terrifying experience and I was almost hit by multiple cars. They replaced the fuel pump. The rep told us yeah, Porsches have been known to stop at the Eisenhower tunnel, and it's a fuel pump, and when my spouse asked why it wasn't replaced the first time, we were told that the "previous" rep should have done just that. It was the same person both times. So now, after a third time, I sit waiting for someone to call me back. I asked for either the same rep or the manager. Nope. Nada. I swear if it was my husband, they'd be all over it. So whatcha think? Should I go for 4?

My experience with Prestige unfortunately lasted a month and during that time one thing was clear. They lack the most basic requirement in customer service, knowledge and honesty. During that time I attempted to contact the service manager directly with no response in regards to my problem . The service advisors would not call back when promised with an update. And it all ultimately lead to being told they could not diagnose the problem but my car was safe to drive. On my way home from prestige the car lost all power and I had to immediately pull over on the freeway and ended up being towed home. If you need anything more than an oil change I would strongly advise to stay away and perhaps make the trip to Stevenson Porsche Littleton or Avalon Motorsports where they make up for everything Prestige lacks.
